GF Price Pass — Terms & Conditions

 Welcome to GF Price Pass (“GF Price Pass,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, directory, membership program, and any related features (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) Who We Are

GF Price Pass is a membership program and directory that helps gluten-free diners find participating restaurants and offers (“Deals”) that may waive or reduce gluten-free upcharges or provide other gluten-free related benefits.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership or submit a restaurant on behalf of a business. If you are under 18, a parent/guardian must purchase and manage your membership.

3) Memberships, Billing, and Renewals

a) Membership Access

Membership benefits may include access to participating restaurant Deals, a member pass (digital or otherwise), and other member-only features as described on our site.

b) Pricing and Promotions

Prices, trial offers, and promotions (including “Founding Member” offers) may change at any time. Promotion terms may be limited by time, quantity, region, or eligibility and may be modified or ended at any time.

c) Payments and Third-Party Processors

Payments may be processed by third parties (for example, Stripe). By purchasing, you agree to the third-party payment processor’s terms in addition to these Terms. We do not store full payment card information.

d) Renewals (if applicable)

If your membership is set to auto-renew, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method at the renewal rate unless you cancel before renewal. 

e) Cancellation

You may cancel a paid membership at any time before renewal to avoid future charges. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund fees already paid unless required by law or stated in our Refund Policy.

4) Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable, including unused time on a membership. We may consider refunds case-by-case in our sole discretion (for example, duplicate charges).

5) Restaurant Deals and Redemption

a) Deals Are Offered by Restaurants (Not Us)

Restaurants—not GF Price Pass—set and honor Deals. Deals may include waiving a gluten-free upcharge, providing a discount, or offering a specific gluten-free benefit.

b) Availability, Exclusions, and Changes

Deals may have restrictions (days/times, dine-in only, minimum purchase, exclusions, availability limits). Restaurants can change or discontinue Deals at any time. We do not guarantee that any Deal will be available at any particular time.

c) Verification and “Verified Locations”

We may label locations or Deals as “Verified,” “Confirmed,” or similar. This means we have taken steps to confirm participation (for example, contacting the restaurant or reviewing information). However, verification is not a guarantee of availability at the time of your visit.

d) No Guarantee of Acceptance

If a restaurant declines to honor a Deal, we encourage you to be respectful and contact us so we can follow up. Our role is to facilitate and update listings; we cannot compel restaurants to honor an offer.

6) Health & Allergy Disclaimer

GF Price Pass is not a medical service. We do not provide medical advice. Eating gluten-free involves personal risk, including cross-contact risk. Restaurant kitchens vary. You are responsible for communicating your dietary needs and assessing whether a restaurant is safe for you.

7) User Accounts, Passes, and Acceptable Use

a) One Membership Per Person/Household (as stated)

Memberships are for personal use only unless we expressly allow otherwise. You may not share, sell, transfer, or distribute membership passes or access.

You agree not to:

8) Restaurant Partners

If you are a restaurant partner (or applying to become one), you represent that you have authority to bind the business and that any Deal you publish is accurate. Restaurant partners are responsible for staff training and honoring their stated terms.

9) Directory Content and Intellectual Property

All site content, branding, logos, graphics, and text are owned by GF Price Pass or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without written permission.

Restaurants and third parties retain rights to their own trademarks and materials.

10) Links, Affiliate Disclosure, and Third-Party Services

Our site may link to third-party websites (restaurants, maps, reservation services, retailers, etc.). We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.

Affiliate disclosure: Some shopping links may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you purchase through those links—at no additional cost to you.

11) Service Changes and Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Service will always include specific restaurants, cities, or Deals.

12) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or for any lawful reason. Sections that should survive termination (including disclaimers and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.

13) Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that Deals will be honored, that listings are error-free, or that the Service will meet your expectations.

14) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GF PRICE PASS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GF PRICE PASS IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR $50 IF YOU PAID NOTHING), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

15) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GF Price Pass harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of others’ rights.

16) Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be handled in Palm Beach County, Florida courts, unless otherwise required by law..

17) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
